Cari is a highly experienced Clinical Nutritionist passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition, a Master of Arts in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Physics. As a U.S. Army Veteran, Cari brings a unique perspective to her practice. She is a nationally recognized board-approved Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), the gold standard for advanced nutrition professionals, and a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist.  Additionally, she completed the American Nutrition Association (ANA) Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist training and the ANA Fasting certification. She is pursuing continuing education at the Functional Medicine University.

Cari is passionate about treating the cause and not the symptom. Food matters! Most chronic disease is attributed to lifestyle factors, such as poor nutrition. Cari uses an integrative approach to design personalized prevention, treatment, and intervention programs for chronic and acute conditions such as metabolic repair, hormonal imbalance, autoimmunity, inflammatory conditions, and digestive issues. She incorporates customized dietary plans, functional blood chemistry, genetics, hormone lab reviews/assessments, food allergy/sensitivity and other specialty testing, metabolic repair and detoxification protocols, lifestyle modification techniques, and therapeutic recommendations to help her patients achieve their health goals.
