There are many misconceptions about Hormone Replacement Therapy ( HRT). HRT is not about anti-aging. Rather, it is about optimal aging and the prevention of disease. Risks for many eye diseases increase with age and are directly related to diminishing hormones in the body. Many of these eye degenerating diseases can be delayed and even prevented with proper hormone therapy.
